What’s Not Covered
Your warranty does not apply in the following cases:
Damage caused by drops, impacts, or liquid exposure
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues that don’t affect how the device works
Damage from negligence or intentional tampering
Loss, deletion, or corruption of stored data
Accessories (chargers, cables, earphones, etc.)
Repairs or inspections by unauthorized third parties
LCD screen issues reported more than 10 days after delivery or with signs of misuse
Batteries and other consumable parts that naturally wear over time (unless there’s a manufacturing defect)
Special Notes
New, factory-sealed devices are not covered by the Revibe warranty or eligible for return, as they already come with the original manufacturer’s warranty.
