Store Credit Policy

Store Credit is a time-efficient alternative to receiving a refund to your original payment method. It allows you to use the amount for a new purchase on our website.


How It Works

Redemption: Store Credit is sent via a Voucher Code to your email.

Validity: It is valid for 6 months from the date added to your account.

Gift Option: You can use it yourself or gift it to someone else.

Processing Time: Store Credit is added to your account within 24 working hours.


Differences between Store Credit refund and Original Payment Method refund

Cancellations

For Delays: When an order is cancelled beyond the delivery timeframe.

Original Payment Method: Full refund.

Store Credit: Full credit plus 5 KWD.


For Change of Mind: When an order is cancelled within the delivery timeframe.

Original Payment Method: 95% of the amount refunded.

Store Credit: Full credit.


Returns

For issues with the Order: When a device is returned due to an issue, upon full inspection by our team.

Original Payment Method: Full refund.

Store Credit: Full credit plus 5 KWD.


For Change of Mind: When a device is returned as a change of mind, upon full inspection by our team.

Original Payment Method: 20% deduction plus 15 KWD.

Store Credit: 20% deduction plus 5 KWD credit.


Important Notes

Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

It can be used for purchases on our website but may not be combined with other promotions.
